Andrea Navedo, an American actor and author. The actress began her career by performing in morning soaps like One Life to Live or Guiding Light, and later played roles as a support actress on television's primetime. Andrea Navedo is an American actress and singer who was born on 10 October 1977 at The Bronx New York United States. Navedo's acting career began with soap operas. In 1995 through 1997 Navedo starred on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live in the character in the role of Linda Soto. She was also cast on Guiding Light, a CBS soap opera on CBS between 1999 and 2000, as Theresa Sandoval. In 1996, she made her debut in film with a minor role as a minor character in Girl 6. She then appeared in New York Undercover episodes and The District. Navedo appeared on Double Take, an action-comedy film released in 2001. The action drama Washington Heights was released the year after. From 2001 to 2004 Navedo had a recurring role on the NBC crime drama Law & Order as Detective Ana Cordova. In the following years, he was a part of Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages as well as Blue Bloods. Navedo played in numerous different films like El Cantante or Remember Me.
